Aims and Scope

The Journal of Quixotic Narrative and Critical Review (JQNCR) is a premier multidisciplinary, fully open-access journal encompassing the broad domains of physical, applied, life, health, social, and humanities sciences. The journal maintains high scientific standards through a stringent peer-review process. JQNCR invites a diverse range of submissions, including empirical studies, case studies, and original methodological articles. Furthermore, the journal serves as a specialized venue for manuscript that rigorously summarize and integrate existing knowledge, such as systematic reviews, scoping reviews, meta-analyses, narrative and critical reviews, theoretical syntheses, and state-of-the-art evaluations.

The journal’s scope is intentionally inclusive, actively promoting interdisciplinary dialogue and bridging disparate fields to clarify conceptual debates, identify research gaps, and highlight emerging trends. In addition to original research, JQNCR encourages experimental forms of inquiry, replication studies, and the publication of negative findings. Each submission, whether an empirical investigation or a comprehensive literature review is evaluated strictly on the basis of its methodological robustness and scientific validity. As a dedicated open-access platform, JQNCR ensures that all published work is immediately and permanently accessible to the global community, facilitating seamless reading, citation, and dissemination of knowledge.

Beyond its publication mandate, JQNCR serves as a vital nexus for researchers at all career stages. The core objective of the journal is to democratize the publishing landscape, ensuring accessibility for first-time authors, early-career researchers, and scholars from historically underrepresented groups and geographical regions. This commitment to equity is fundamentally integrated into the journal’s ethos, as reflected by an Editorial Board that champions global diversity and institutional inclusion.
