Editorial Workflow

Editorial Workflow Description

  1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system.

  2. Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial team checks for scope, formatting, and basic quality. Manuscripts may be desk-rejected at this stage.

  3. Peer Review Assignment
Suitable reviewers are selected based on expertise and availability.

  4. Peer Review Process
Manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.

  5. Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer feedback, the editor decides to accept, reject, or request revisions.

  6. Author Revision
Authors revise their manuscripts and resubmit. Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated.

  7. Final Acceptance
Once the manuscript meets all academic and editorial standards, it is formally accepted.

  8. Copyediting & Proofreading
The manuscript is edited for clarity, grammar, and formatting. Authors may be asked to approve final proofs.

  9. Publication
The final version is published online (and in print, if applicable) with a DOI.

  10. Indexing & Archiving
The article is indexed in scholarly databases and archived for long-term access.
