Participation Charge

Journal of Society Innovation and Development (JSID) does not charge fees for any submission, and article processing (APCs). Authors ARE NOT REQUIRED to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process (USD. 0.00,-).

No Article Processing Charges (APC) for all authors who wish to publish open access and submit their article by 31 December 2025.

The JSID only charges the author a symbolic participation charge for manuscripts accepted for publication. After going through all the processes, and if the manuscript is Accepted for Publication, the Article Processing Charges (APC) for Indonesian authors is IDR. 000,000. & APCs for international authors is USD 000.00. Authors are required to pay Article Processing Charges (APCs) as a part of the publication process. Please follow the instructions for payment after you receive the acceptance letter.

Payment can be made through bank transfer (for Indonesian authors) and PayPal (for international authors)

Note: Indonesian authors MUST NOT make the transfer using PayPal. If this cannot be avoided, the APC to be transferred should be in the same amount as that of international authors. PayPal charges the journal for each incoming transfer, and it also charges a fee for transfers to the journal bank account.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. The author should declare that he/she asks for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission.

Journal subscription is open to any individual without any subscription charges. All published manuscripts will be available for viewing and download from the journal's website for free and Open Access.
